As with many cosmetic companies, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, in cases where an item is received damaged, please email info@127East.com, within 7 days of delivery, to request an exchange. Items may be exchanged on-site at events and vending opportunities as long as they are in original condition and packaging.

Do you provide International delivery?
Absolutly! All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
How do I return/exchange an item?
Currently, the only items that are returnable are items purchased on site at events and vending opportunities. Item must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and ready for shipping you will recieve an email from the United States Postal Service containing your order's tracking number. You can track all orders at www.USPS.com.
Do you do make up?
We employ a number of professional freelance make up artists in NJ, NYC and Pittsburg, PA. If you are interested in makeup application or hosting an in home makeup party please email your request to info@127East.com.
What are your delivery options?
All orders are shipped Priority via the United States Postal service. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery. Currently, this is the only shipping option we offer.
